My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention
Testicular cancer

We as a family will be joining forces and doing family walks and hubby, myself and teen son will be doing bench press every day tallies and added weight to get as many as we can in a month to raise money for our movember whanau. We have been dealing with the mental health sides of things personally within our ranks and we do this for those we love to keep them strong.

Pumped through 1st 13km in 2hrs 20mins.. 45 min break at Enfield.. pumped back to Weston in an hour and half...then I'm taking a guess at another 45mins to an hour to get back after putting on a 20kg pack for harder challenge..
