My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

My main motivation for raising funds for Movember is mental health and suicide prevention. Something that's pretty close to home for my family after losing dad back in 2017.

We all know how difficult it can be to talk to your mates when you’re feeling low, it’s bloody uncomfortable. We’re trying to prove that getting out of the comfort zone isn’t such a bad thing.

Hey Alex, thought I’d drop by to say a big hairy thanks for flying the flag for men’s health (again) this year. We are truly appreciative of your support and just know you are doing a whole lot of good for men!

You’re smashing your fundraising all in the name of a bloody important cause – to help men live happier, healthier and longer lives. All the best for your event on the 10th, it sounds like it's a great time to get all of your mates together and chat about men's health.
