NZ Rugby's mental health and wellbeing programme Mind Set Engage aims to support the wellbeing of the rugby community across Aotearoa. NZR staff are getting in behind Movember this month to raise awareness for mental health, the importance of looking after your mental fitness and checking in with your mates.
