Movember is Good for You

An annual Movember campaign evaluation program that connects with our community to better understand how taking part in Movember is not only good for men's health (through greater awareness and funds raised), but how it's good for our fundraisers too. Surveying thousands of fundraisers across six countries in 2025 found that participating in the campaign is meaning-making and drives significant improvements in a number of areas. These include social connection and a sense of belonging, improved intentions and follow-through on healthy lifestyle change and help-seeking, and greater comfort talking about health and starting men's health conversations.
