Mental health and suicide prevention

I’m not growing a MO this year, I am doing the MOve challenge, as I feel it’s essential for EVERY man to be involved with MOvember.
I’m 6’2”, I’m 55 years old, I have depression & anxiety.
This year has been effing hard for me!
With the right therapy, medication, & awareness, I’m trying to get through each day.
It’s OK not to be OK.
Many others feel the same, they just need a friendly ear.
