My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

We're the Peter Jackson Plumbing team, and this year, we're supporting men's mental health and suicide as part of Movember. This cause means a lot to us, and here's why you should donate and get involved.

Close to Home - We've all had our lives touched by losing friends and family to suicide and seeing the struggle of men facing mental health challenges. It's a pain that never really goes away and fuels our determination to make a change.

No Stigma - We're out to smash the stigma around men's mental health. We want to have real, open conversations about it and let everyone know it's okay to reach out for help.

Backing the Frontline - Your donation goes straight to the organisations leading the charge in men's mental health and suicide prevention. We've seen the amazing work they do, and we want to support it.

Making a Difference - It's not just about growing moustaches; it's about growing hope. We're determined to be a part of shifting how society thinks about and deals with men's mental health.

Honouring Memories: When you donate, you're not just supporting us; you're honouring the memory of those we've lost. It's a powerful way to remember them while helping others.

By chipping in, you're not just giving money; you're giving hope. You're helping us challenge the stigma, back essential initiatives, and make sure more men get the support they need.

At Peter Jackson Plumbing, we're more than just a plumbing crew; we're a family on a mission to make a real impact. Please consider joining us in the fight to support men's mental health. Together, we can make a difference. Donate today, and let's make a change together. Your donation means the world to us.

In memory of my Nephew Riley Greatorex who took is life last week from a Methadone overdose aged 19. A family feud meant that our attempts to reach out were not replied to and we were banned from the funeral, yet the feud had nothing to do with him or us!! In memory of my cousin Alan Linklater who shot himself in the chest 40 years ago. For my father who has tried to take his life twice, most recently last year over a 17k shortfall paying for his wifes resthome care. To my son aged 12 who was first to find the body of a teenager hanging from a tree at Riverdale School in Palmerston North 7 years ago. Life is shit sometimes, so why do guys never talk about their struggles and think suicide is such an easy solution?

Great work PJP

We're on our last few days of the Marley, Masterlink and Master Plumbers Movember Industry Challenge.

Together we have raised over $15,000 and moved over 30,000kms. WOW great effort team - Keep it up! There is still time for that final push to support this great cause.

Find out more: www.masterplumbers.org.nz/events/promotions/movember

Shout out to Raewyn from Masterlink, who at the start of the month set a goal to walk 150km and raise $500 for the cause. Well not only has she reached this goal but she walked an extra 10km past her goal.

Well done Raewyn - what a great effort!
