8th December
The Mo’s been trimmed, the posters down,
But the cause still walks through every town.
Calendars flip and the weeks move on,
Yet too many brothers are already gone.
So on the eighth, when the month’s glow fades,
Hold space for the quiet, courageous brigades—
The dads and sons who booked that test,
The friend who said, “I’m not my best.”
For whiskers grow and whiskers fall,
But the talk we started must outlast it all.
Check your mate, your uncle, your own mind too,
Because Movember lives in the things we do.
So here is to the MO, the miles, the men,
To starting the chat again and again—
On this eighth day, make one vow clear:
Keep fighting for men’s health all year.
