Movember Named In Top 100 NGO List
1 MIN READ
Good news for Movember and moustache lovers everywhere. For the second year running, Movember has been selected as one of the Top 100 NGOs by The Global Journal, an international governance magazine. What is an NGO you ask? It's an operational or advocacy focused non-profit organisation that's active at a local, national or international level. With an estimated 10 million eligible organisations worldwide, it is an amazing achievement for Movember to be ranked 63rd for the second year in a row. The Global Journal is a highly respected publication that documents different topics within the global governance realm. Each year the journal ranks NGOs based on three key main criteria: impact, innovation and sustainability.

“It's humbling to be ranked 63rd in the world based against such important criteria and to sit among such a prestigious group of organisations” said Movember CEO and co-founder, Adam Garone. “We firmly believe this achievement is a reflection of our vision to change the face of men’s health, of our commitment to our values that closely reflect the Global Journal’s principles and to the dedication of the Movember family.”

It is with pride and gratitude we thank our Movember community for making this accomplishment possible. Without you, our faithful Mo Bros and Mo Sistas, we wouldn't be able to create such influence on a global scale. Through impact, innovation, transparency, accountability and sustainability, we are looking forward to making 2013 the most successful and significant yet. Thank you for making this honour possible and for helping to change the face of men’s health.
