My motivation

Taking care of your health, physical and mental, is something that has become quite important to me. Stress and the crazyness of life can easily make you crash when you least expect it. After experiencing this personally I am more aware of how important it is to take care of yourself. I want to help raise awarness and take away the negative stigma.
