My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Not a massive fan of the Movember month as it brings back bad memories of 2018. In 2018 Movember was the only positive memory I have as I raised the most money as an individual. I have Major Depressive Disorder and require medication to balance the level of hormones that my brain releases. When I got out of Henry Bennett Hospital after having Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), I told myself I wouldn't hide away from it and talk about it as I had to ask for help and I hope it inspires others who are having issues to speak up..
Being off work with a broken back Netflix was my friend and got hooked on Ozarks, I liked this description of Depression - Depression is not a passive, lethargic state. Far from it, It might seem that way from the outside. But to the person depressed it is an active state of roiling pain from the tip of your hair to the bottom of your feet.

Please check in on your Friends (Talk to them don't text too easy to say OK)

Thank you so much Hamilton Boys High School staff for your kind donations. Having such a supportive workplace was massive in helping me get to the other side of depression. Hope other's that suffer are as lucky... Love Cools
