My motivation

This year I’m doing Movember because, as a New Zealand Veteran, I’ve faced my own battles with PTSD and depression, and I know how easy it is for men to suffer in silence.

This month is about getting men moving, talking, and connecting again. Through early-morning bootcamps, shared coffees, and an honest kōrero, I want to remind the bros that they’re never alone and that showing up for yourself can change everything.
