Mental health and suicide prevention
Testicular cancer

My body has been through the ringer the latter half of these 27 years on planet earth, and it's given me a unique perspective. Between 4 major surgeries, 2 serious concussions (thanks ice hockey), and 2 prolapsed discs... there's something I've learnt.

Physical and mental well-being are intrinsically intertwined. Nurturing a mindset that proactively prioritises investment in both aspects is key to being your best version.

Look after yourself, your mates, and other dudes.
