My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Help me break the stigma, raise awareness and save someone's life. Men's mental health is still not talked about enough so I'm growing a mo and starting conversations to raise awareness.

It's been a tough year on my mental health with serious challenges popping up where I least expected them. I fell into the trap of thinking I could figure it out myself and boy was I wrong. I'm fortunate enough to have found someone to speak to about my stressors and aim to raise money for those that don't have that privilege.
