Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

After losing Alice, I've been a smiling depressive. Few people can understand the pain. It got really dark if I'm honest. Not many people know how dark. It's time to shed some light. I'm lucky to have friends who encouraged me to get the right help, not everyone is so lucky. Let's keep the conversation going.

Kia ora, Andrew. I read of your Movember efforts in Ty's Advisory newsletter and am delighted to support. Thank you for being a man who talks about grief.
"Auē!" This has been a koha to me in hard times... In only 3 letters, it carries the weight of a whole heart. In a single breath, it can express the unspoken - the depths of feeling made sound.

Hey Aaron. Just wanted to say, the way you speak so openly and directly about what you're going through is really powerful, and opens up a space for other people to do the same. From Elke

Thanks for introducing to me to the term “smiling depressive” Aaron. I’m so glad you have friends to support you and that you’ve had the courage to seek help. You are an inspiration. My Dad has prostate cancer so this is something that is very much on my mind right now. Kia kaha my friend.
