My motivation

I do this for all the wonderful men in my life, to help them live happier, healthier, longer lives. As Mo Sisters, I believe we also have a role to play in supporting our men and encouraging them to take care of their mental and physical health.

I am absolutely blessed to work for Movember and get to work with our wonderful supporters every day. It's their stories of hope, heartbreak, and determination which reminds of why we do what we do.

I'm taking on the 60km move challenge this year, and for anyone that knows me they know how much I dislike running, so it's not going to be easy!
