My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention

Back better than ever for my second year of MOVEMBER ! To say it’s been one hell of a year is an understatement. Movember 2019 seems like a lifetime ago but now, men's mental health is more important than ever. 60 men die by suicide every hour, that is one man every minute and I am sure we all know of someone who has been effected by this and understand the incredible impact this has on a number of people. This includes myself, and while I have not been in those exact shoes, to see ones very close to me be effected has given me nothing but the drive to spread the word. To raise funds and create awareness, this year I will be running a combined total of atleast 60km over the month of November. In addition, to make things a little more fun, I have added a mo your own way challenge and will be switching my diet/lifestyle to veganism for the month (pray for me). To help my mo reach the target, I need your help. Show your support by donating to such an important cause. Or even better, join me by signing up because whatever you grow, will save a bro.
