My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health

Prostrate cancer and mental health issues have directly impacted the dads in my life - so this is personal. Us men are not so good at talking about these things, so the more we can encourage conversations, and move those conversations to actions, the better for us all - and those near and dear to us.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and that's why this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young. If all it takes is to stop shaving one lip and start some discussions, let's do this. If we can raise some money along the way, all the better.
