My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this November for all the dads, brothers, sons, friends and workmates in our lives. I have a special interest in breaking down the stigma of mental health in the trades sector, with tradespeople being six times more likely to die from suicide than a workplace incident.

I know the toll running a trades business can have on your mental wellbeing. I've experienced burnout myself running one of my plumbing businesses, as well as losing a close Tradie friend to suicide. We need to be doing more to encourage each other to open up and know that it's ok to talk about our struggles.

Together we can make a difference for men's health – help me stop men dying too young.
