My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention
Testicular cancer

Even though I can't grow a decent mo, I'm pitching in to support Movember - the leading charity changing the face of men's health. This Movember I'm joining them along with a bunch of mates from BNI First. I've lost a mate and watched friends go through loss or hard times at the hands of mental health and prostate, this is a cause that's close to home for me.

To show support for our Mo Bros, I've challenged myself to wear a mo to every BNI meeting. I'll reach out and check in with mates more often so we can get together to spend time outside; AND take take time for my own physical and mental health.

Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
