My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

To personally lose a partner and soul mate like our brynnie is absolutely heartbreaking. Bryn was the most humbling, kind hearted person I know. This is for him and for all the others who are suffering in silence, please know that you are not alone and better days are ahead. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
