My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I want to help change the definition of being a man and what masculinity is. Being a man should be seen as someone who is able to bring up their emotions and not be afraid to talk the real talk, not hiding behind being someone who is too tough to do so, being able to accept your feelings and emotions is no easy task but once we all learn that it is okay to feel sad or upset the sooner we will all be able to help each other.
We are all on this planet together so let’s work together to help make a difference, I’m proud to be apart of the Graverunners team and will be getting my k’s up over Movember to show my support and try my best to raise awareness
