My motivation

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them.

Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

This year my thoughts are with the men that has lost their life by suicide. Friends, colleagues. Unfortunately I've experienced it. The feeling of guilt and the question of what more could have I done will always be there.

Be proactive and support in situations where you see someone struggle.
