Mental health and suicide prevention

While working in the construction industry for over 7 years I have worked with many men. Those’s who suffer in silence and those’s that express there emotions through anger and frustration. I for one understand the toll that the construction industry takes on your mind and how draining the work day can be. So today I put one foot forward with any man trying to take one step back.
