Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention

So here I go with a lockdown hairstyle and the first clean shave in over 25 years!
Movember to me is about raising the profile of, and making a difference to, men's mental health and suicide prevention. Right now we all need to be able to say " I am not alright", take time out, or just recognise that we don't have to be 100% all the time and talk to someone about it. Help me stop men dying too young.
