Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
As a guy who enjoys exercise, and the benefits of regularly getting outdoors. I have decided to accept the challenge of running 60km during the month of November, but also Ocean Swimming 60kms in Togs only (ie No wetsuit). Fingers crossed for swimmable weather.
Lets get behind this cause and see if together we can make a difference. Thanks in advance for your Donations. :-)

Day 7 and 26kms Done. This morning was one of the toughest. After the swells of the weekend the water temp had dropped a couple of degrees, which made it interesting for me. Shoulders recouped a bit after rest day on Sunday, but still feeling the Ks now. (Water quality made the choices limited, which was just the excuse I needed. :-) ) This swim has become the goto, with a great support team to swim with. Coms join us 6:15 start from Murray's. If low tied, you can walk around the rocks which can be a good start to the day.

Only on day 2 and this challenge is feeling real. Takes me to lunch time to fully thaw out. The hard core long time ocean swimmers don't get a core temp dropped like this newby. Boy I'm praying for good conditions for the month.
