My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

In February 2024 I will be taking on the Tour Aotearoa, which is one of the world’s great bikepacking trips: stretching 3,000 km from Cape Reinga to Bluff, it follows a combination of cycle trails, tracks, paths, and lanes connected by the most enjoyable country roads available.

The goal is 20 (ish) days. But its not a race; its about the journey.

There is no entry fee for the event - only the requirement that you donate $100 to a charity of your choice.

Globally, on average, 1 man dies by suicide every minute of every day.

Which is way I have chosen Movember - a charity changing the face of men's mental health (get it?).

So, if you're able, please donate. Doesn't have to be to my page.

Also, again if you're able, grow a moustache (as I will be doing from 1 November 2023, until I finish the Tour).
