Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention
Testicular cancer

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the lads out there battling all sorts of health issues. The big one for me is the mental health side, especially as someone who's been on that journey myself for quite a while now yet only been open about it for a fraction of the time.

We need to get men not only talking about their shit with their mates, but actually encouraged to seek help through therapy or medication and continue to remove the stigma around it.
