Hi all, I’m doing this again this Movember.

Please have a read as I believe most of you will relate.
I'm raising Funds and Awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives.
We all have our struggles and shit goin on in our lives weather it be mental health or physical health or just having a shit time. Over the last few years I’ve learnt as hard as it sometimes we need to be able to have a talk and get the help we need. Open up to a mate or seek professional help. Stop holding onto shit and get it off your chest.
I’ve been there. I’m still there now. BUT I’ve been putting in the work but still things come up and still need addressed. Life’s tough , Life's a bitch at times and nothings easy. I’ve had plenty of ups and downs and no one’s perfect.

Life’s to short and cruel at times. SO take the time to know yourself , look after yourself and get checked out if needed. Go check out the Movember NUTS and BOLTS program for more advise.

I'm aiming get myself motivated again this Movember by getting out and being more active for my mental and physical health.
DEFINATLY don’t think Il get as many kms in as last few years but Il give it a crack.
So when i can il be out and about smashing those kms.
But I'm going to record Kms walked on treadmill when have the kids or each time i hit the gym in exchange.
Feel free to join me for a walk and a talk.

Again this isn't about ME. Its about Raising awareness for Men's health in general.
