I've experienced mental health challenges and know of guys who have suffered prostate cancer and other medical issues. It's getting better but we still don't talk enough about this stuff to each other and our friends and family; nor do we always seek help from doctors, counsellors and the like. We need to learn that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness...

I have had a tough year with relationships and most guys have no idea how hard it is till it happens to them . It can really affect your mental health. I appreciate the help you gave me with advice , information , ect
