Dan's Follicle - Day 27

The Words of a Great Follicle

In the realm of facial follicles, it's not the critic who counts; not the one who scrutinizes each whisker or questions the style choices. The credit belongs to the mustache that's in the growth arena, facing daily challenges of trimming, waxing, and styling. It strives valiantly, knowing there may be twirls and curls, but it dares to grow for a noble cause. It knows the triumph of a well-groomed 'stache and, if it falls, at least it falls while daring greatly in the pursuit of charitable flair, leaving no room for the timid hairs that never dared to join the upper-lip revolution.

Dan's Follicle - Day 8 (part 2)

Are you a moustache or are you mouse?

From my cuticle, to my coretex, and deep down in to the medulla I search for my truth, and it is this. The greatest test of character is a hairs willingness to do the right thing, no matter the price. Spring forth and grow for charity in spite of ridicule or ruin. Grow little hair, aspire to be mighty, if not with your physical brashness then with your iron will and hunger to raise funds for charity.

Yours humbly,
Dan's slow growing (but proud) hair follicle

Dan's Follicle - Day 8 (part 1)

Dear Diary,

I find my self suspended in an inbetween space; not clean shaven, but not quite a moustache. Being surrounded by the vigour of activity and boisterous growth of enviable upper-lip-bristles has firmly planted the seed of doubt at this follicle root.

This mass of wicked whiskers, handsome handlebars, Kilometers trekked and distances dashed has me asking myself - am I the right hair for the job?

Dan's Follicle - Day 1

Dear Diary,

Today, I stand at the threshold of a new adventure. The razor has come for me, but I understand this is just the start of a month-long mustache fundraiser.

So, dear diary, though I may not be the bushiest, thickest, or the most silken, I stand on the shoulders of follicular giants. Our collective effort will raise funds and awareness. This is just the beginning, and I eagerly await the adventures the next month will bring.

Yours truly,
Dan's Freshly Shaven Hair Follicle
