My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention
Testicular cancer

My brother succumbed to suicide in 2020. No one had a inkling of what he was going through, just internalised. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.

Suicide is such a devastating thing for families to have to come to terms with. Its happened on both sides of my family.
