Mental health and suicide prevention

My Mo is to show you all I care. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men, globally one man takes his own life every minute & I think this is a tragedy. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young. If you need help please let someone know.
