Week 4 was... zero. A really big course and crazy busy work week left no time for anything else. There's still a few days left in the month, so we'll see what can be squeezed in there.

Week 3 was more on foot than bike. 10.06km walk + 21.23 adventure race that was mostly a walk. Total of 31.29km for the week - met the original 15+15 target, not the 16+16 target. Maybe next week!

Marokopa Munter this coming weekend, not at all sure what that will do for mileage. I'm going to guess at 22km on foot for the week and 16km MTB. Time will tell!

Week 1 done, pretty much on target. 15.1km run or walked, so 100m up. 14.75km MTB, so 250m down. I'll add that 250m to next week's MTB target, and see if I can't up the run/walk by 1km.
