My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of male suicide is alarmingly high, around one per minute. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Young men especially are throwing in the towel too early still with the rest of their lives ahead of them.

I’m raising money for the Movember charity by attempting to run 100km +
.I’m reaching out to business or individuals to get behind me and donate an amount of their choice or sponsor me per kilometre ran.
