My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Mental health is an often overlooked aspect of ones being, but one that can have ever lasting impacts. Mental health is no a visible illness and often can go unnoticed with people suffering in silence. It is impossible to guess what people are thinking and feeling, but all it takes is to reach out and ask. As an only child I have been blessed with fantastic friends who are part of my family. We have all gone through struggles and trials in life but it is this community that keeps us strong. When one falls the other pull us up.

It only takes a moment to stop and ask how someone is doing or tell them how much you appreciate them. But those moments are often too far in between. This Movember I urge you all to grab a mate tell them how much they mean to you and raise everyone up.
