My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention
Testicular cancer
Prostate cancer
Men's health

2023 has been an absolute roller coaster of a year for me. A significant unforeseen personal event caused me to break and experience the worst my mental health has ever been in my life. After countless dark days and hours hurting, I have been on a journey of healing with the guidance of friends & family alongside me. Although I am still on my healing journey, through this experience I have become stronger than I would have ever thought. I have since grown and reached multiple achievements in my life & career. My motivation for Movember is to spread a message of hope, to know your worth, acknowledge that it is okay for men to hurt and to show others that even in your darkest times you can learn so much about your self that you can come out of it on the other side as a better, stronger version of yourself which can achieve amazing things.
