My motivation

In NZ 3 out of 4 suicides are men.
it is so important we acknowledge this, bring more awareness to it, and help the men in our lives.

This is a cause that is very close to my heart.

I’m doing this for the men I have sadly lost to suicide, and for every person who has lost their battle to mental health.
but also the men that are still fighting,
The ones who fight their mind every single day but choose to still be here.

I am putting myself through this type of mental battle because I want those to know who are struggling that I see you.
I understand you . And am here for you.

Please remember it’s okay not to be okay and it’s good to talk, your life is worth living.

So if you can, donate or share this post to raise money to help out the amazing men we all have in our lives and help me spread awareness to SUCH an important cause
