My motivation

Following the old man's journey with prostate cancer this year I've decided to give Movember a decent crack. An ambitious goal of 1000km walking, running and cycling in the month of November is what I'm in for while waiting for my mo to return.

With a little support here and there from you I'm aiming to motivate that movemnet by fundraising $1000+ for Men's health. I'm not asking for your weekly mortgage, just a litre or two of fuel. Although if we make 5k I'll shave the mullet...
