Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention
Testicular cancer

This year, we’re taking on a new challenge. On Saturday 30th November, 7am-7pm at Flex Fitness Rolleston our staff, community, and gym members will come together for an intense 12 hours all in support of Movember.

At Flex Selwyn, our team is driven by a deep commitment to the men in our lives— partners, fathers, grandfathers, brothers, sons, uncles, friends, and colleagues. We see firsthand the challenges they face and the importance of taking action. This isn't just a cause, its personal. We’re united in our mission to support men’s health, not only for those we love today but for future generations. Men are dying too soon, and we’re here to change that.
