Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Men’s mental health in New Zealand is still heavily stigmatized, making it difficult for many to speak up about what they’re going through.

I believe it’s crucial for us to break this stigma and create a space where men feel comfortable opening up without fear of judgment.

We need to support each other, talk openly, and remind ourselves that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. For this reason, I will (be trying my best to) grow a moustache and raise funds in support of men's mental health.
