My motivation

On the 30th of November I will be running my first ultra marathon (60km) for Movember.

After losing a family member to suicide and seeing a lot of the men in my life struggle with their mental health, I want to push myself out of my comfort zone to help bring more attention to men’s mental health and suicide prevention.

Any donation or support on the day would be very appreciated!
