My motivation

Hey! And welcome! This year I am running my first half marathon and also partaking in the men's mental health,suicide prevention and prostate cancer! We lose too many men to suicide because of the past! I have a son who I hope will grow up to show emotion and feel safe to talk to me or someone when he needs too. I have lost family members to cancer and suicide. Our men are just as important as us and as I said last year, it's ok to not be ok!! please help by supporting me in my fundraising journey over the next few months.
Mental health is also very important to me and to be able to help someone means the most! I am hoping to achieve to raise $1000 by the 2nd of August.

I know times are tough for a lot of people, but even if its $1, it makes a big difference.
