Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention
Testicular cancer

Men's health in general after 40 needs some attention, get that annual health check on your birthday. Prostrate and testicular cancer and all cancers for the matter have better outcomes if caught early.

Have a think about the people around you and in your life, I think just about everyone has had a friend or relative with cancer and more than likely know someone who has attempted or committed suicide.

Help starts with a simple "are you ok? do you need to talk?"
