Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

As I have gone through my own struggles with mental health in the past and seeing friends and family suffer in the same way, supporting this cause is hugely important to me. Movember 2024 was the start of a big shift in taking care of my own health/wellbeing and this is a huge motivation for 2025!
