Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Too often do men suffer in silence. Forced to repress their emotions rather than express them. They bottle them up, letting the problems build and build and build until they come crashing down, burying them beneath them. Too many men leave this world too early, our brothers, our sons, our uncles and cousins, our young fathers. This was me at a stage in 2024, where I'd reached a point that alcohol nearly added me to the statistics. I was at a point where I was harming myself by consumption. Now, I run and speak openly about my challenges in the hope of shedding light and being a voice of change and hope for others. I want to be a young voice in the crowd, showing everyone that young adult men don't have to suffer in silence. That they can seek help, find their feet, and find their voice.
