My motivation

Every year, Movember reminds me how important it is to have open, honest conversations about men's health - especially the ones we often avoid.
Unfortunately, it is still one of the things that needs a reminder or an event to highlights its importance - it should be a part of our everyday life. Too many men stay silent when they're struggling, and too many lives cut short by preventable health issues. I'm doing this for the men in my life - the mates, the colleagues, the family - who have faced tough battles with their physical and meatal health. Let them know - It's okay to speak up and reach out.
