Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health today, and through my story I’ve been blessed to add efforts towards such an awesome movement. Spreading awareness, raising crucial donations, and setting personal challenges is something close to my heart.

Men's mental health is significantly important to me as I have personally walked through a dark depression for years which unfortunately led me to a season of deep suicidal ideation. In tragic despair, I attempted to take my own life through all the pain and suffering I was facing. This was my rock bottom.

Through the infinite grace of God, an unconditional loving family and incredibly supportive friends I was saved. I know the pain, the severity, the immense life wrenching struggle, anger, frustration, rejection, cosmic loneliness and shear weight upon men and young boys who face depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, and extreme mental health issues. My story for men battling with mental and physical health crisis’s is that IT IS possible to get through this and that IT IS NOT a permanent fixture upon YOUR life that will dictate your identity and future forever.

I'm living and walking truth that YOU can be healed, YOU can be saved and that there is MORE for you. You're not in this alone, WE ARE HERE for you and with you. TOGETHER we can do this. This is my story. And my ambition now is to I help take on the challenges our men face in all shapes and forms to show all in love that you are seen, you are important, and that you matter tremendously. The numerous issues men face these days with ranging health problems is tragic, and it’s severely important that we help and support in any way we can. This is for the ones who unfortunately can’t be here today due to suicide and for those who struggle with the mental battles.
