This Movember, I’ve decided to take on a physical challenge to raise awareness and funds for men’s health. For me, it’s not just about fitness — it’s about movement with meaning. Every step, rep, or kilometre is a reminder of the challenges many men face silently when it comes to mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.
By pushing myself physically, I’m also showing support for those who are fighting battles we can’t always see. It’s a way to spark conversations, inspire others to take care of their own health, and encourage everyone to check in on their mates.
I’m moving for a cause — to help change the face of men’s health, one challenge at a time.
