Testicular cancer

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
Mens health and especially mental health is a topic very close to my heart. Sadly, in August my own son Grant, succumbed to his own mental health issues and took his life, leaving us as a family heartbroken and devastated. All men face challenges through their lives and more often than not, don't talk to anyone about them and bottle things up. As a brotherhood we need to look out for each other and not be afraid to speak out or speak up and help our brothers and ourselves and our families.
Personally, the last 6 years has been somewhat tumultuous for me and the last thing on my mind was to check up on my own health. When I went for my "annual" check up with my GP he told me it had been over 3 years, thankfully everything is ok.
We all need to take responsibility of our own health, life is worth living.
