My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember, I’ll be riding my 1978 Honda Gorilla over 2500km from Tauranga to Christchurch and back to raise awareness for men’s mental health.

The ride is about showing that no matter what you are going through or what you’re dealing with all it take is 1 person to be there.

This journey will be both mentally and physically demanding. With just a 9 litre fuel tank and 8 inch wheels, the Gorilla wasn't exactly built for long distances, and there will be moments where things get uncomfortable and challenging. But that’s part of it, leaning into the struggle, starting the conversation, and supporting men’s mental health along the way.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
